HOW BHARATPE USED EDUCATIONAL VIDEO CONTENT TO INCREASE ENGAGEMENT ON THEIR APP

 

Introduction 

BharatPe is a fast growing Fin-tech company that provides one-stop financial services to Indian Merchants & Retailers. While the world was in lockdown, BharatPe underwent a remarkable evolution & launched several product/service offerings to support Indian Merchants

Problem statement

The App was getting updated with service/product offerings weekly. Merchants were active on the app but not engaging with the launched product/service offerings. The challenge was how to educate and get the unorganised retailers to engage & use the product/service offerings. Thats when ArtE-Media came into Picture 

 
 

Solution

ArtE Media Studied the behaviour & activities of the target audience during the period of time*. Merchants were active on the app but also confused. They had questions!

We had to find a solution which would answer all their questions, and provide them with all the information they’re looking for. This brought us to Educational Video Marketing, also known as ‘how to’ videos.

 

Execution

ArtE Media created a bank of short 2 minutes animated videos for every product/service on the BharatPe App in 5 Languages. Hindi, English, Gujarati, Kannada & Telugu.

The script was written in an easy-to understand language & the visuals were kept clean and simple.

The video was made live on the app, Youtube & social media handles.

 

Result

The videos were watched by merchants all across India and gained over 1M+ views in a month.
The engagement on the app also saw a considerable increase.
